what are privé perks?
privé perks is our free U.S. loyalty program that rewards you based on how much you shop. the more you spend, the more perks you get. yep, it’s that easy!
how do i join privé perks?
once you create a privé account you will automatically be enrolled in the privé perks program and will begin earning points on every order.
will i receive rewards points for purchases i made before creating my loyalty account?
- you will begin receiving points on purchases made after creating your privé account.
bonus! you’ll receive points just for signing up!

can i be placed in the appropriate perks tier based on my previous purchase history?
all loyalty account members start at the acquaintance tier and can move up based on dollars spent while in the program.
how do i check my points balance?
simply click on the icon in the upper right corner and sign in to your privé perks account to view your points.
when do my points expire?
points expire one year from the date they are earned. since points are accumulated over time with each purchase, only the points that are not redeemed in that year will expire.
how long will it take for points to show up in my account?
points will most often appear in your account after the order is placed and will be guaranteed in your account within 48 hours after your order ships.
how do i use my points?
you can redeem points for coupon codes that can be applied to an order. once logged into your privé account, click on the perks icon in the lower left corner of your screen to open up the perks dashboard. click on the “redeem points” tab and select one of the discounts you’re eligible to receive. once redeemed, a code is stored in the “discount codes” tab for you to use. copy the code and paste it during the check-out process to apply your discount. any unused coupon codes will be stored in the “discount codes” tab for use on a future order.
*perks discount codes may not be able to be combined with other promotional offers.
how long does my perks status last?
similar to your points, your perks status will last one year from the date you unlocked it. be sure to continue ordering to maintain your status or to move up a tier.
can i use my rewards with other promotions?
all rewards are redeemed as coupon codes to be used at checkout. coupon codes cannot be stacked so only one code can be redeemed at a time.
can i return or exchange items i received with my points
contact customer service to discuss returns and exchanges. customercare@priveproducts.com please note, the customer is responsible for any new or return shipping charges.
i redeemed points for a discount code, but changed my mind. can I cancel the discount code and get my points back?
once points are redeemed for a discount code, this cannot be reversed. but good news, your discount code will remain in your account to be used at a later date.
what happens to my points if I return products?
when you return an item(s), any points earned for the item(s) returned will be lost.
